These can be industry standard frameworks you work with, or you can create your own.  We can also help you build frameworks too through our consultancy services using our own library of over 10,000 competencies or accelerate development using AI tools.​

You can create as many as you like and map them to competencies from your competency library. It is really easy to manage your role profiles and create career pathways in comaea using the in-built tools and simple administration interface.

Yes, you can signpost to your existing learning content at the point of need:  ie where a person has a gap identified from their assessment, comaea will show recommended learning to close the gap. Comaea can sync with your LMS and can push and pull information to make sure all systems are up to date.

Yes, comaea is available in many languages and additional language packs are being added as required. The interface and content can be the same or different languages, and you are able to add your own translations to the competency frameworks.
