F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla stadens gatubelysning organiserades verksamheten redan 1861 i <strong>Gas Lighting Company<\/strong>. D\u00e4r lades grunden till stadens energikompetens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag \u00e4r begreppet <em>kompetens<\/em> betydligt mer komplext. Det som en g\u00e5ng var ett gasbolag har utvecklats till <strong>M\u00e4larenergi AB<\/strong>, en koncern med \u00f6ver <strong>700 medarbetare<\/strong>. Med en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 cirka <strong>3 miljarder kronor<\/strong> bidrar bolaget till h\u00e5llbar samh\u00e4llsutveckling genom leveranser av el, fj\u00e4rrv\u00e4rme, vatten och andra samh\u00e4llskritiska tj\u00e4nster till privatpersoner och f\u00f6retag \u00f6ver hela landet. M\u00e4larenergi \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed b\u00e5de en central samh\u00e4llsakt\u00f6r och samtidigt verksam p\u00e5 en starkt konkurrensutsatt marknad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 <em>\u201dOm vi \u00e4r riktigt duktiga p\u00e5 att analysera och planera v\u00e5r kompetens st\u00e5r vi v\u00e4l rustade inf\u00f6r framtiden,\u201d<\/em> s\u00e4ger Carina Wrangskog. Hon har rollen som kompetensspecialist och var drivande n\u00e4r M\u00e4larenergi b\u00f6rjade anv\u00e4nda Comaeas system redan 2009. En avg\u00f6rande insikt var att minska antalet definierade kompetenser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 <em>\u201dDet kan l\u00e5ta bra att ha m\u00e5nga kompetenser att h\u00e5lla reda p\u00e5, men i praktiken \u00e4r det tv\u00e4rtom.
